At Tryall Canada, we aim to deliver your orders promptly. We partner with various third-party shipping carriers, and delivery times are estimates that may be affected by factors beyond our control.

Please allow 5 business days to process your order. An email will be sent automatically to confirm your order is on the way.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING (CANADA)

For Canada, orders are generally shipped within 3-8 business days. Flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 - $15.00 applies to orders shipping within Canada. 

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders above CAD $99 will receive free shipping.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Refunds cover the full order amount, excluding return shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@tryall.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
