- Add 200~250ml of cold water or soy milk in a shaker bottle.

- Add 200~250ml of cold water or soy milk in a shaker bottle
- Add 1 serving (4 scoops - 25 g) of Tryall whey protein
- Shake it until evenly blended.
Precautions:
- It is recommended to use water temperature below 40°C for preparation.
- Abundant foam is a normal phenomenon when preparing this product, shake 1-2 times, then allow to stand for about 30-60s to reduce the foamy feeling, then it can be consumed.
