SINGLE PACK - Simple 3 Steps

• Add 200~250 ml of cold water in a shaker bottle.
• Pour the whey protein into the shaker bottle.
• Shake it until evenly blended.

Precautions:

• Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if seal is broken or missing.
• It is recommended to use water temperature below 40°C for preparation.
• Abundance of foam is a normal phenomenon when preparing this product, shake 1-2 times, then allow to stand for about 30-60 seconds to reduce the foamy feeling, then it can be consumed.
• The suggested preparation method can be adjusted according to personal preference and serving size.
